Silent Auction Rules
- You will be given a bidder number at the admission gate. Use this number to bid on Silent or Live Auction items.
- Silent auction items are divided into 2 groups.
- Located in front of each bid item will be a bid-sheet.
- To make a bid, fill in your name, assigned bidder number, and bid amount on the bid-sheet.
- Highest bid wins! Winners declared at the closing of each group.
- Please bid in increments of $5.00 or more - Bid will be rounded up to the next $5.00 increment if not within guidelines of $5.00 increments.
Payment for Auction Items
Please be prepared to pay for your purchases by the conclusion of the evening. Personal checks, cash, MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card are accepted. Please be prepared to show additional proof of identification if requested. Bring your bidder card to the cashiers' table to receive a statement of your purchases(including applicable sales tax). An itemized claim check/invoice will be prepared and used to verify purchase of items. On group purchases, the winning bidder is responsible for presenting full payment on the items purchased. Successful bidders must make arrangements for the removal of all items at the conclusion of the auction.
